GCG-PCE — base superplasticizer (HRWR)
In-house base polycarboxylate-ether superplasticizer for ready-mix concrete and batching plants. Strong water reduction with no loss of strength.
- Purpose
- Ready-mix concrete, batching plants, general high-strength structural concrete. Strong water reduction with higher strength and workability without extra water.
- Dosage
- 0.3–1.2% of cement weight. Exact dosage is established by trial batches with the client's cement (confirmed by testing). Water reduction up to ~30% — an industry reference, depends on the cement.
